IEON - Pan.Daimon.IEON [RM35]
Carefully composed with a flow not only taking concern of the belligerence side but in the manner of building up storylines throughout the deliverance of 6 songs in total inclusive of a cover song, “Empire of Suffering” by Sargeist. Artworks provided by Zizi Amri (of Hiatus Mindkaos) plays an important role capturing the concept of “Pan.Daimon.Ieon” as a whole. Vibes on musical presentation portrayed are mostly from new sort of black/death metal torchbearers ala Uada, Selvans, Mesarthim and Gaerea. There are also a tinged of hymns created by progenitors such as Satyricon, Rotting Christ, Gorgoroth, Necrophobic and of course, Sargeist. Within 43 minutes, Ieon offered 6 tracks for us to ingest and our preferred ones are the opening track “Eleven” and the fourth track, “Tiamat”; both levelled up to its perfection among the black metal classics ever produced!

APPÄRATUS - Absürd 19 [RM35]
It's mainly sharp and aggressive songs (in D-Beat tradition); each ticking no longer than 3 minutes of intensity. This third full-length has been released in November 2019 presents 11 tracks [plus two cover songs from D.T.A.L. and D.N.A.] of raging D-Beat in 19 minutes specially packed with a decent sound production and great sleeve design/packaging. “Fear of The War/Mental”, “Mountain Ghosts”, “The Votes” and “Radical Stench” tracks standout among the rest, meanwhile “It Has Been Said Since 1982” guitar solo however reminds us to song intro of “Burn” by Defiance. We look at it [positively] as a deliberate homage and it fits perfectly, nonetheless. For fans of Anti-Cimex, Krigshot, Mob 47, Uncurbed, Diskonto and the likes. Massive!
